Neil D’Souza Managing Director of Dynamic Oilfield Technology leading the organizations strategic direction growth initiatives & long-term Oman vision. With over 15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas sector he has built a strong reputation for driving innovation, operational & business excellence in the Downhole tool industry. Under his leadership DOT has expanded its portfolio, strengthened client relationship & positioned itself as a trusted provider for Completion Equipment. Before establishment of DOT he has held key roles in Weatherford International where he successfully led major projects & improved operations. Known for his focusses in In Country Value and empowering Omani workforce in the Sultanate of Oman.
