About our Chairman

With an extensive career of more than two decades in senior regulatory and strategic leadership roles, our Chairman brings exceptional depth in governance, sustainability, compliance, organizational transformation, and market oversight. His tenure at the Capital Market Authority and Muscat Securities Market in Oman includes establishing key governance departments, drafting national codes and policies, and leading multi-disciplinary teams across legal, audit, HR, and IT functions.

As the founding Executive Director and Board Member of the Oman Centre for Governance & Sustainability, he successfully built one of the region’s most respected governance institutions, delivering strategic programs for board members and top executives. His entrepreneurial background and active participation in global forums such as OECD-MENA strengthen his ability to guide Dynamic Oilfield Technology towards high-performance standards, responsible leadership, and long-term value creation.
